Specialist Disability Accomodation
Our sites include Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) options, designed to support eligible NDIS participants with high physical support needs or significant functional impairment. These purpose-built homes promote independence, accessibility, and choice, enabling residents to live comfortably in modern, well-connected communities. Community Housing Limited (CHL) will manage these homes on behalf of Building Communities.
